Castle Catering Expands into Essex
We are excited by the inception during 2008, of Castle Catering in Maldon. With over 60 years combined recruitment experience within the recruitment team at our offices in Maldon and the addition of Chris Newman, the Consultant heading up our Catering division, we are confident that we have a winning combination and that Castle Catering will provide clients and candidates with a quality recruitment service that is second to none.
We offer a complete recruitment solution, sourcing and supplying quality permanent and temporary personnel for the whole range of disciplines in the catering and hospitality sector throughout the Essex area.
Chris brings to the Castle Catering his own extensive Catering and Hospitality experience from positions including Head Chef and Restaurant & Hospitality Manager. Raising money for Cancer Research UK in September 2008 by completing a parachute jump for that charity, Chris demonstrates the caring nature so important for Consultants in a people focused industry such as ours.

Leeds
Castle Catering expands into Leeds. The team is headed up by Adrian Blythe who has many years experience in the recruitment industry. He combines this recruitment knowledge with many years of hotel management giving him a thorough understanding of the Hotel and Catering industry’s needs.

Norwich
The Norwich branch have been extremely busy this summer season. The lack of sunshine has not stopped the catering industry with weekly weddings and functions all requiring temporary staff of all levels. This season we have found the temporary staff calibre is of an excellent quality and the students have been extremely reliable and flexible, adapting to all assignments in these crazy weather conditions! They enjoy the functions and I have received many glowing reports from clients regarding their abilities. Well done to all those temporaries, as usual you have represents Castle catering well.
Castle Catering Norwich are proud sponsors of the EDP Norfolk Food Awards and the gruelling challenge of judging the best our county can offer has been completed. The awards symbolise the importance of this business within which Castle Catering works and the company is delighted to be a sponsor. Laura Sexton , National Brand and Catering Manager based in the Norwich branch is one of the judges for this prestigious award and she has eaten her way through Norfolk!! The establishments visited had to prove they had the ability to create an unforgettable dining experience, cook to a degree of excellence using fresh local produce combined with an unsurpassed level of customer service, demonstrating and understanding the diners expectations. Technical expertise, customer service and the overall dining experience were what the judges were searching for in this category. The awards ceremony is held mid September and we can then reveal the winner!
