The team is headed up by Claire Francis who has worked as a recruitment partner to the catering and hospitality industry for 10 years. Claire has an in depth knowledge of how this business ticks which is fuelled by her love of good food. Her inquisitive nature means that she leaves no stone unturned when taking details of a new job or interviewing a candidate allowing her to make the perfect match.

Amongst her many interests Claire is a keen singer and has won a number of competitions. Her favourite song of the moment is Pearls a Singer but she enjoys anything that she can belt out.

Crawley would like to welcome Georgina Hunt who joins the team as a consultant to run the temporary division.

HR GO Catering in Crawley already has an exceptional reputation as recruitment partner to Hotels, Restaurants and Pubs in the area, assisting them with finding their permanent staff. This has gone from strength to strength in the past 18 months and we have chosen to complement the existing service with a Temporary division.

Georgina is no stranger to the catering industry and in her past has worked in Hotels and bars. Most recently she carved a successful career in estate agency, but thankfully saw the error of her ways!

Her motto is work hard & play hard and Georgina believes it is important to succeed in everything you do.
